To continue our Golden Globes coverage, I’ve updated the video archive with clips of Jessica during the ceremony. She took part of the opening monologue, where she completed the punchline Seth gave to her.

The Golden Globes turned 75 this year…
…but the actress who plays its wife is still only 32.

She also presented alongside Chris Hemsworth ( I am still trying to figure what was going on at the press room with all the fun between both). You can find the videos in our archive, screen captures and now over 300 HQ pictures from the night in our gallery. Enjoy!

We’re one day ahead of the Golden Globes and, obviously, Los Angeles is busy hosting many parties before the big event. Jessica attended the Gold Meets Golden and we have the first images added in our gallery.

Also last night HFPA announced Jessica as one of tomorrow’s presenters, so we can see her on stage as well.

Jessica also attended the BAFTA LA Tea Party, and pictures can be found in our gallery as well.

Jessica visited this Thursday (4) CBS’s The Talk, to promote Molly’s Game that had its wide release yesterday. On the interview, they talked about the Time’s Up Now campaign and also she revealed how she almost didn’t appear in the JAY-Z “Family Feud” music video.

It came about because Ava [DuVernay], our director… she called me and told me about this secret project she was doing, would I be interested, and I went ‘Uh, yeah.’ So I was on the set [of “X-Men: Dark Phoenix[/embed] and I talk to the producers to see, you know, would it be possible, because I’d have to fly into New York to do it, and they said; ‘No, it’s not in the schedule.’ And then my director Simon Kinberg found out and he goes, ‘no, no, no, Chastain, this may be the most important day of your life. I’m going to go on a limb and say this is more important than your wedding. You’ve got to go to this video shoot.’ So they let me out and I flew in and out of New York to shoot that.

You can watch the full interview in our archive – thanks so much to my friend Ashley for her help! – plus HD screen captures in our gallery. Enjoy!

And she won’t stop! Still promoting Molly’s Game, that will open nationalwide tomorrow (Jan 5) Jessica visited Jimmy Kimmel Live for another nice interview. On the interview, she said she’s afraid her in-laws would hate her because she’s vegan.

The two families met in the Alps, Cortina d’Ampezzo, Italy, where things got “interesting.” “My family is from Northern California, and his family is from Veneto, Italy. My family doesn’t speak [Italian] and his family speaks very little English… It was a very quiet holiday, but there was a lot of pointing and a lot of food.”

That’s where the families differed: “We’ve known each other for about six years and Americans eat in about an hour,” says Chastain. “A meal starts and then it’s done. When I went to Italy, I didn’t realize that meals last for three or four hours… I don’t understand this but Sunday brunch will go from 1 pm to 5 pm. You eat one course and it’s delicious. Then the second your plate is done, his mom is putting more food on my plate. So I have a trick where I just push the food around on my plate for hours.”

Chastain’s vegan diet, however, poses more of an issue for her in these situations than the duration of the meals. “In the beginning, I would say I’m vegan. Which is like the worst thing. I don’t eat 10 meals and I’m vegan. I would say, ‘I’m sorry I can’t eat that,’ and [my mother-in-law] would say, ‘No problem, we have fish’.”

“Do you think they hate you?” Kimmel asks, to which Chastain responds, “Maybe that’s why it’s so quiet. They just hate me.”

Kimmell posted a very nice promotional photo on the show’s twitter account, and you can already find the interview in our video archive. Plus, we posted some nice photos of Jessica arriving and departing from the studios, where she promoted Time’s Up Now.
