TIME’S UP NOW is an Anti-Harassment Action Plan formed by 300 prominent actresses and female agents, writers, directors, producers and entertainment executives to fight systemic sexual harassment in Hollywood and in blue-collar workplaces nationwide. The initiative includes a legal defense fund, backed by $13 million in donations, to help less privileged women — like janitors, nurses and workers at farms, factories, restaurants and hotels — protect themselves from sexual misconduct and the fallout from reporting it.

Back in 2003, on her last year on Juilliard, Jessica signed a contract with producer John Wells to appear in some of his tv shows. One of this shows was the medical hit ER, that was on its 10th season and was one of the most popular shows from NBC. On her first screen credit, she did a small appearance as Dahlia Taslitz which is taking care of her father after he experienced severe brain damage from a work accident years ago. Due to an infection, Dahlia brings her father into the hospital for medical attention. Although Dahlia says her father cannot speak, doctors begin to wonder whether he is as unaware as his daughter alleges.
We did have in our gallery screen captures of the episode already, but in small quality. With the help of my friend Claudia we have now HD screen captures, and I was also able to do a clip with all Jessica’s scenes, which you can now find in our video archive.
