Jessica Chastain visited Conan Show this Wednesday (12) to promote her new film Interstellar and once again she delivered an adorable interview. And, of course, she talked about her Grandmother’s affair with Matthew McConaughey:

JESSICA CHASTAIN: Yeah. I thought that was the biggest goal of her life, you know, that picture of Al Pacino. There is one man who has passed Al Pacino in my grandmother’s heart and that’s Matthew McConaughey.
CONAN: He’s such a charmer. I bet she went nuts.
JESSICA CHASTAIN: He flirted with her like I’ve never seen. They met at a screening of “Interstellar” and my grandmother was so starstruck, “I want a selfie, Matthew.” She then proceeded to do a photo shoot in front of everyone. Like you stand there, and she just started taking pictures of Matthew.
CONAN: I’m impressed she does selfies, a grandmother who does selfies?
JESSICA CHASTAIN: Except she wasn’t in the selfie.

The Hollywood Reporter unveiled their Beauty Issue covers and Jessica is one of them, alongside hair and makeup gurus Kristofer Buckle and Renato Campora. The magazine will be on stands next November 21, but you can find in our gallery some related goodies.

As you can see, we have a new layout up here. It’s been a week since I’m trying to code something to use with this beautiful header my friend Nicole did using the most recent Jessica’s photoshoots. I wanted a responsive layout and, of course, I wasn’t able to so my huge thanks to Monica Design for their responsive theme I used as base. And, because of this, you now can view the website on tablets and cellphones as well.

As previously announced, Jessica is part of the episodes “Actors on Actors” Variety is doing this month, and it was recorded this Saturday (08), with Jessica doing the interview with Mark Ruffalo. Variety’s website will start stream the episodes next November 18, but you can see some pictures from the shooting in our gallery.

This past Tuesday night, following a screening of the film for Oscar voters and industry types, Nolan, Matthew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain took part in the Academy’s Q&A series, “Academy Conversations.” Last night the official YouTube page for the Oscars posted a 14-minute-long excerpt from the talk that featured everything from McConaughey and Chastain’s initial trepidation in taking on roles in such a large film to anecdotes about what Nolan doesn’t allow on his sets. Here’s a hint: it starts with the letter ‘p.’
