Production Notes

Jessica plays English governess Mary Debenham in Murder on the Orient Express; this part was played by Vanessa Redgrave in the 1974 movie. Just before the train departs, both Debenham and Poirot witness a man leading a crowd to chase down the man’s wife and stone her to death for having been unfaithful, and they discuss what they have seen. On the train, a man is murdered, and Poirot is asked to solve the crime. There follows a conspiracy on board in which Mary Debenham seems to be the ring-leader.

This was Jessica’s last collaboration on a TV show as actress as in July 2016.
