A couple of days ago a new international trailer was released for “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him/Her”, with several new scenes for the upcoming film. One nice thing to notice is the dual colors in which the films are presented. You can see the ‘Her’ parts are a little brighter, while the ‘Him’ parts are kind of blueish. This reminds some production stills that was leaked (and sadly removed) a few months ago, which pointed exactly the differences between the two films.
The full version of this film is scheduled for October release (originally titled as “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Them” but now looks to be “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him/Her”), as announced by The Playlist.
To clarify, ‘Them’ is the condensed version that opens on September 12th, and today, The Weinstein Company announced that “The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: Him/Her” (yes, a slight title retweak) will be screened in its entirety (which is a little over three hours) and released in select theaters on October 10th. The film co-stars James McAvoy and has largely received rave reviews.
