Added photos of Jessica earlier today attending the “A Most Violent Year” photocall in London:
Our gallery has being updated this past days without we announcing it here at the main page. Several additional photos of Jessica at the Critics Choice, and some new photoshoots was added. I’d like to point some gorgeous pictures our friend Bella from FoyBrasil.com sent of Jessica and Mackenzie during the Critics Choice. Check it:
Jessica attended yesterday the 20th Annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards that took place at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. She was nominated as best supporting actress for her work on A Most Violent Year and also received the very first Most Valuable Player award, celebrating the diversity of roles she did in 2014.
And talking about diversity, Jessica delivered a very moving speech – after all the blacklash The Academy received for its lack of diversity on this year’s nominations – talking about diversity in Hollywood.
Today is Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday. So it’s got me thinking about our need to build the strength of diversity in our industry and to stand together against homophobic, sexist, misogynistic, anti-Semitic and racist agendas. I’m an optimist. And I can’t help but feel hopeful about the future of film, especially looking at all these beautiful people in this room. Martin Luther King Jr. said, our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter. And I would like to encourage everyone in this room to please speak up.
You can check over 200 HQ pictures (on our first batch) in our gallery:
Jessica appeared last Tuesday (13) on Jimmy Kimmel Live for a very funny (as usual) interview to promote A Most Violent Year. On it, the host brought out an “old commercial,” which the two of them filmed together for Wrigley Gum back in 1983. OK, well it’s not actually real, but the point still stands. And pretty much the clip is the most inappropriate, but hilarious of Jimmy Kimmel’s skits to date.
In the parody video, the two teach us plebs the proper way to chew a piece of gum—or manage the “load”. Jessica, who is dressed in a ridiculous retro outfit, scrunchie and all, shows what not to do with the gum. However, she soon learns how to properly handle the load in her mouth, and begins to do fun activities with a mustached Kimmel.

The face of perfection. That was Jessica Chastain last night when graced the red carpet in Atelier Versace and Piaget jewelry. Jessica was nominated as Best Supporting Actress for her work in A Most Violent Year (which award goes to Patricia Arquette), and for sure now it’s listed in all ‘best dressed’ lists from all the internet.
We have the first batch of pictures (there’s a lot more to come!):
Busy as always when we’re talking about awards season, Jessica attended this afternoon in Los Angeles the 2015 Film Independent Filmmaker Grant And Spirit Awards Nominees Brunch, held at at BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood.
